Miley Cyrus was spotted recently with a bandage on her hand near her middle finger and we could all guess that it was yet another tattoo. She seems to be making the most of adulthood and getting lots of tattoos. The latest reports indicate that Miley took a break from shooting, her next movie, So Undercover and went to get a new tattoo at Eye Candy Tattoo is New Orleans where she apparently got a tattoo of a cross.

We already know that she has "Just Breathe" as a tattoo under her breast and a "love" tattoo on her ear.

We’ll find out soon what it looks like but a tattoo for Christmas is a nice treat from Santa!

X Factor- Cher Lloyd celebrates with a new tattoo

Controversial X Factor contestant Cher Lloyd has announced she is going to celebrate her new singing career with another tattoo. Cher Lloyd may have been knocked out of the X Factor final on Saturday night but she’s not walking away empty handed. It has been leaked that Black Eyed Pea star Will.i.am has already offered Cher a recording contract. She will take part of the X Factor tour for the next few months and then will be able to start recoring her own album with the help of Will.i.am and Cheryl Cole. She has made plenty of friends in the music industry and she's set to a great singing career.

Cher Lloyd already has 3 tattoos even if she not 18 yet. She had been talking about getting a new one for a while and celebrating her success on the X Factor seems like a good time to get another tattoo. She was initially going to get suggestions from fans to decide on the design for the new tattoo. However, she is more likely to get a tattoo to celebrate music and her X Factor 4th place.

The new tattoo is likely to be music related. Cher has already given some details saying that she want to get a lyric from her mum’s favourite song tattooed on her wrist. The lyrics say - All that you have is your soul. Certainly a great tattoo for someone like her who knows her own mind and does not like being told what to do or think. The basket ball star is Darren Moore, a 6-3 senior guard for UC Irvine, and, you would have guessed, a Spider Man fan. He's been a huge fan of Spider Man, mainly the comic books, since he was young. And he translated this into an awesome tattoo and certainly, a very unique tattoo in basketball.

Darren Moore also likes to draw and loves art and he helped design the spider tattoo and the web. He had been thinking about this for a while and wanted a tattoo quite unique.

A friend of his recommend to do the tattoo on the chest, where he still had space and soon after, he was in the tattoo shop getting it done. It was painful but worth it!

Now, some of the fans watching him play basketball call him Spider Man or Spidey.

The cast of hit MTV show Jersey Shore know how to party and they were proving it on Saturday night at Studio 54 in Las Vegas.

A Tattoo for Harry Potter!

The Harry Potter crew arrives in London today for the world premiere of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One", the penultimate film which, along with next year's second part, will spell the end of the young wizard's famous adventures. Official Tattoos Advice Issued in Wales

The rise in unsafe tattoos has pushed Public Health Wales to issue an official advice to all young people about the dangers of illegal tattooing.

It is a reminder that tattoing anyone under 18 is illegal in the UK. Unfortunately, a widespread abuse of the law has been revealed.

The health advice body is issuing new leaflets to be distributed in schools. It is a reminder that using a registered tattooist will reduce the risk of infection at the site, blood poisoning and also catching serious viruses such as Hepatitis B and C and HIV.

Also using an illegal tattoo shop can leave you very very disappointed with a nasty looking tattoo!!

The poor victim wanted a yin and yang symbol on his back, but he got a lot more than what he came in for...a 16-inch tattoo of a penis with an obscene gesture instead.

The amateur tattoo artist, a 21-year-old Australian man, has been charged with assault and causing bodily harm. It is believed he did the rude tattoo as a revenge. The man with the large penis on his back now has to find a tattoo removal treatment such as laser tattoo removal in order to remove the rude tattoo.

Tip of the day: don't get a tattoo from someone who wants revenge on you!

Jodie Marsh is happy with her new job as a Tattoo Artist

Jodie Marsh recently appeared in a TV Documentary on Discovery "Jodie Marsh Tattoo Apprentice". The documentary was about her becoming a tattoo artist. She took a crash course under Louis Molloy, who is David Beckham’s tattooist and with Viper Studio Tattoo shop in East London.

She's confirmed she's quite happy to be spending hours learning to tattoo rather than spend hours partying like she used to.
She is moving from glamour modeling to concentrate on her new passion of body-art. She believes that she was born to become a tattoo artist.

Jodie had her first tattoo when she was 17 years old and she instantly became hooked on the pain, and the healing involved and she loves how her tattoos make her feel. And she has loads. Most of them, including the pin up designed by Louis Molloy are great tattoos on a great body.

X Factor Cher Lloyd Tattoo

Cher Lloyd is getting a lot of good reviews for her massive performance on Saturday when she impressed Simon Cowell and the other X factor judges.

Everyone is also noticing her tattoos. At just 17, she's legally too young to have any tattoos, but the X Factor contestant Cher Lloyd already has three tattoos on her body.

In an interview, Cheryl-lookalike Cher admitted she doesn't mind the comparisons between her and her idol Cheryl Cole. And Cheryl also has tattoos although she waited to be 18 to get them.

In the UK, the law states it is an offence to tattoo anyone under the age of 18. She won't be put in jail because she has had 3 tattoos already and she is only 17 but she is not showing a good example. It is best to wait a few years to get a tattoo and really think about it for a long time. It will save you having regrets and then needing a cover up or laser tattoo removal to get rid of a quick impulsive teenage decision. Our advice is always to live with the idea for a few months to make sure you are still happy with it before you have it done.

Wayne Rooney reveals new tattoo

Wayne Rooney has revealed a new tattoo in honour of his son Kai. The wife of Joel Madden says she is embarrased by the scars on her body but aht she will keep her three tattoos - on her neck, her back and her foot.

She removed her belly button piercing when she was pregnant. She said that she is feeling more mature now and also more confident from her relationship with her husband and the love of her children. She doesn't need the confidence boost of tattoos on her skin to make her feel sexy and attractive. I believe her children will have a hard time convincing her to let them have a tattoo when they grow up.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

This new movie is just coming out and it's not set in a tattoo shop in London or in Miami. It's set in a cold place with not much ink action!

The movie is bBased on the first book from the Millennium trilogy, by the Swedish journalist Stieg Larsson. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is set in Sweden. The film version has managed to cover most of the book's salient points which is very impressive.

The director of this thriller, Niels Arden Oplev, is taking us for a very unpleasant holiday in a very cold and dark Sweden and we are not dealing with beautiful blonde women but with serial killers and dirty family secrets. We start with the search for Harriet who went missing 40 years ago, aged 16. Her family wants to find the murderer but the investigation is slow and difficult until they get help from someone special - the girl with the dragon tattoo, Lisbeth (Noomi Rapace).

Don’t be put off by the black hair and piercings; she’s the one with the talent to find the truth. With the help from the girl with the dragon tattoo, we start to find out more about this sordid city which lead to the uncovering of a series of brutal murders. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is a great thriller and with enough suspense to make you want to know who the killer is, unless you have read the novel before.

Billythebillboard has just had pornhub.com logo as a new face tattoo. I am not sure it look good but I am not sure I like face tattoo. It doesn't suit everyone.

Billythebillboard has now got 22 permanent advertising tattoos on his body. This is the 10th tattoo on his skull. billythebillboard, aka Billy Gibby, started raising money a few years ago by offering face space to adveritse. At the time, he needed to raise money to pay for bills.

Peter Andre Starts Laser Treatment on Katie Tattoo

We were discussing this week the celebration of 50 years of LASER and the many ways we now use LASER in our daily lives. One of the many uses of laser is tattoo removal surgery and this is what Peter Andre has decided to do on is Katie Tattoo.

Although we all thought for a while that the couple would eventually get back together, it is now sure that it's not going to happen. Katie has married again to new husband Alex Reid, 34, and Peter needs to move on. Part of the process of moving on is also removing the tattoos. He's not the first man to have to make his way to the laser clinic to have a tattoo removed.

The Aussie singer, 37, has already had the first of three laser sessions needed to remove the tattoo. Last year, he still wanted to keep the word "Katie" tattoo despite the split. He was probably still thinking about his ex too much to commit to laser surgery but after a few months of dealing with the break-up and the many requests from Katie, 31, Peter decided it was time to have it done and he booked into a tattoo removal clinic for a £240 course of laser treatment.

He wants to move on and removing the tattoo is his way of doing it. Katie also has a tattoo of Peter's name on her wrist. She decided to have it covered rather than have surgery using a laser to remove the tattoo. She had it covered with a black cross a few weeks after the break-up.

50 years of LASER

We are celebrating 50 Years of Laser Innovation and to mark the occasion, there are plenty of exhibition organised to tell us more about the laser and its use in everyday life.

The laser was not discovered from a single breakthrough by one individual, but from a series of developments from Albert Einstein who first developed the idea in 1917, which was later experimented and verified, to other scientists who then completed the research which led to the first patent for a laser awarded in March 1960.

There are plenty of examples to illustrate the numerous applications of laser in our daily lives, such as computer transmissions via fiber optics, DVDs, CDs, laser surgery, measurements, advanced hair removal, reading a barcode or removing a tattoo. In other words, laser technology is impossible to escape.
When it was first invented, no one was sure how this technology would be used. Today, the laser is used as a scientific research tool and in thousands of commercial applications.

When it comes to removing a tattoo, the best options at the moment are covering, ie creating a new tattoo over the existing one to hide it or laser therapy. Laser tattoo removal is not 100% return to your skin tone but enough to leave only a few very faint lines.

HIV fight before World Cup

We remember that many call girls made their way to Berlin during the Olympic Games. That's when we were told by the press that a major sporting even, means a lot of new tourists in town which mean a great demand for holiday romance or casual sex.

In June, South Africa will host a major sporting event and Britain has committed to send 42 million condoms to South Africa in order to help fight HIV before the World Cup.

An estimated 5.7 million South Africans are living with HIV. That's about 20% of all adults. There are about 1,400 new HIV infections and nearly 1,000 Aids deaths every day.

President Jacob Zuma has asked for help to make sure the World Cup does not end up in a health disaster. Britain is responding to the request and will give 42m condoms to South Africa as part of an HIV prevention drive before the start of the World Cup in June 2010.

It is estimated that up to half a million visitors will travel to the country for the event.

London Marathon - 6 weeks to go

Yes, we're almost there. Only 6 weeks to the London Marathon and many stars are training for sport relief.

Well, if you plan to run the London Marathon...think now about what to wear! it's a showcase of bodies from skinny to very very fit and you can show off your new tattoo if you wear the right gear. It has to be practical for running and also sexy! or at least try and make it trendy. Who wants to look like a turnip in front of the cameras? You will be sweating a lot too so you need to think carefully about your makeup. I won't be running because of the baby and it's not a good idea to run when you are pregnant.

Chanel Temporary tattoo

During the latest show to reveal the Chanel collection for 2010 we spotted a few models with lovely temporary tattoos.

Channels interlaced designs around wrists or ankles were created for the show by Peter Philips, International Director of makeup creation for Chanel. These tattoos are temporary tattoos and they have been so successful during the show that Chanel is launching a line of fake tattoos.

The new collection of tattoos is scheduled for March 2010, with drawings of chains, beads, flowers, or the Chanel trademark logo.

These fake tattoos called "The trompe l'oeil Chanel" will be sold £50 for a batch of 5 and there will be something for all body parts.

Basically, we already now that if you want to be hype this summer, you dress will be short and flowery and you will be wearing one of the Chanel tattoos with your best outfit. This is yet another sign that tattoos are hot and very very fashionable at the moment.
